Complaints and Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any goods are faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong goods so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item and purchase a new item separately after your return has been approved.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and will let you know whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be made only in the form of a gift card, which will be sent to your email no later than within 10 business days.
